OUR STORY
Kimberly Grieser and Willis Grieser are sibling, and US citizens born abroad in Honduras. They understand how to work with a diverse group of people and they adapt to change.
During the COVID-19 pandemic Kimberly Grieser purchased a home and faced challenges of overpriced quotes and construction workers who did not finish the job. These challenges inspired her to open Fix and Flip Construction with a crew of good workers. Her background in business allowed her to see an opportunity to make a difference in the construction industry. Willis Grieser adds to these skills and expertise. With his background in the US Army and a deep understanding of the importance of quality control and process improvement, he brings a valuable perspective to the table, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of excellence.
